373 +/- Acres offered in 4 tracts from 15 acres to 160 acres, all with great Highway D frontage in Township 53N, Range 8W, Sections 13, 14 and 17 in Monroe County Missouri. |

159 +/- Acres of prime farmland located in the southeast corner of Highway D and Highway O with 1/2 mile of frontage on Highway D on the north and 1/2 mile frontage on Highway O on the west side. Rural water is available along Highway D.
FSA called for 151.54 acres tillable, with just a small amount out for a wooded fence row along the east side.
This tract has some water diversions and waterways to help control the rain water along the east side.
Tract 1 has just enough crown in it to provide good drainage and the fence rows along the south, west and north have all been removed to allow the water to get away.
This particular tract is thought to be one of the best in Monroe County.
