 Tract 1 

     159 +/- Acres of prime farmland located in the southeast corner of Highway D and Highway O with 1/2 mile of frontage on Highway D on the north and 1/2 mile frontage on Highway O on the west side. Rural water is available along Highway D.
FSA called for 151.54 acres tillable, with just a small amount out for a wooded fence row along the east side.
     This tract has some water diversions and waterways to help control the rain water along the east side.
     Tract 1 has just enough crown in it to provide good drainage and the fence rows along the south, west and north have all been removed to allow the water to get away.
     This particular tract is thought to be one of the best in Monroe County.

 
 Tract 2 

     39 +/- Acres that lies in the southwest corner of Highway D and Highway O.
     This tract has rural water on it and a 1/4 mile frontage on Highway D and a 1/4 mile frontage on Highway O with access in two places off Highway O.
     Tract 2 is basically open with the exception of two narrow wooded draws and a wooded fence row along the west and south sides. FSA called for 30.7 acres tillable.

 
 Tract 3 

     160 +/- Acres (lies 1/4 mile west of Tract 2 on the south side of Highway D). This piece has 1/2 mile frontage on Highway D along the north side.
     Tract 3 is a combination piece with terraces and waterways, 110.55 tillable acres according to FSA along the north side and in the southeast corner. The back portion and a wooded draw are being used for pasture. Rural water is available.
     A good part of the pasture lies level enough to be used for crop production; with some work you could really increase your tillable acres.

 
 Tract 4 

     15+/- Acres lies about 3 miles west of Tract 3 at the very east side of Santa Fe, MO on the north side of Highway D.
     This small tract has 10.97 acres tillable according to FSA, with lots of frontage along Highway D on the southeast side. This piece has a grass waterway and wooded corner and narrow wooded draw. Rural water is available.
